While Title IX was instituted to provide equality for women in sports, there’s usually controversy anytime a female attempts to compete in a predominantly male sport.
The same holds true when a male tries to play on a women’s team.

Why are boys not allowed to play volleyball? Why are girls not allowed to play football? In my opinion this is all sexist. As humans we should be able to do what ever sport we find enjoyable. Who knows maybe combining sexes in sports might make the team better.
