Friday night is football night in small towns across America. Saturday we like our college games. Sunday? Why, the NFL, of course. Oh, and we can't forget Monday Night Football.
America without football would be like America without the "A".
But, a seemingly higher rate of concussions and other safety concerns have many Americans questioning whether football has a future; at least football as we know it.
