National Suicide Prevention Week, Sept. 8-14

teenSome Thoughts on National Suicide Prevention Week

"How are things?"
"Things are good."

This is truly inspiring. Having weeks like this can really cause people to think twice. It is actually an eye opener because sometimes the people that you think are so strong, are actually hurting really bad on the inside. People need to realize that every little rude comment or joke they make could be the breaking point, and could cause someone to take their life. On the other hand, it isn't always good to keep your mouth shut. If you see someone in a bad situation or struggling, it is so simple to say "it'll get better" or "I can pray for you, with whatever you're going through".
